Check in for the senior events closes at 9.30 am. Please note, the hall will be open to competitors from 9 am.

**Senior Event**

The senior event will consist of two rounds of poules, with all fencers progressing into the D.E. (elimination) stage of the competition. UPDATE - New for 2022 we will be looking to run a plate competition - whereby those who are eliminated in their first D.E. get to continue fencing in a secondary tableaux, thereby gaining more experience of D.E. style matches and getting more opportunities to fence.

The senior event is open to all fencers aged 13 and over on the day of the competition.

Entries to the senior event will cost £12*, and the competition will run using size 5 or smaller blades, with all fencers requiring lame bibs and mask wires. Weight testing will be performed from the semi-finals onwards.

Entrants must hold a valid Competitive British Fencing membership.
